The website is owned and operated by Caprice NDC Ltd, Company No. 515442515 (hereinafter: “the Company”).

Registered office: 1 Jabotinsky St., Ramat Gan, Israel.

The Company has been active in the jewelry industry since 1969 and operates a nationwide retail network under the Caprice brand.

This website allows users to browse collections of jewelry manufactured and marketed by the Company and to purchase selected items online.

Use of the website is permitted only after full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from browsing or using its services.

Masculine language is used herein for convenience only and refers to all genders equally. Browsing the site and/or purchasing any product offered for sale constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The website is available for browsing and placing orders at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

Customer service is available Sunday to Thursday from 10:00–17:00, and on Fridays and holiday eves from 10:00–13:00. The Company reserves the right to change contact details and hours of operation at its discretion without prior notice.

Payment on the website can be made using credit card, BIT, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

Cash, checks, or previous credits cannot be used on the website.

Changes or cancellations must be handled through customer service only.


11. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery time: up to 14 days from the order confirmation date.

Delivery is free, either to the customer’s address or via self-collection by prior arrangement.

Shipping services are provided by third-party entities outside the Company’s control or responsibility. The Company is not liable for any damage caused by shipping providers, including negligence.


12. Exchanges, Credits, and Cancellations

Items may be exchanged within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

An original invoice must be presented.

Store credit is valid for up to 6 months.

Customers are responsible for returning items at their own expense.

Transaction cancellation shall be made in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

The cancellation fee is 5% or 100 NIS – whichever is lower.

Custom-made jewelry created according to the customer’s request is not eligible for return or cancellation.


13. Product Warranty

The Company provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects in the jewelry metal.
  • Replacement of small diamonds (up to 0.05 ct) that fell or were lost.
  • Re-setting of a central diamond that fell, provided it was not lost.

    The warranty does not apply to unreasonable use, damage due to improper handling, exposure to harmful materials, or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.

The Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of the central diamond. Customers are advised to consider appropriate jewelry insurance.

The Company will continue to offer service and assistance beyond the warranty period.


14. Limitation of Liability

The Company and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to users or third parties as a result of reliance on this policy, or from the use, storage, processing, or transfer of personal information, subject to the Company taking reasonable steps.


15. External Links

The website may include links to third-party websites.

The Company is not responsible for the content, terms of use, or privacy policies of those sites.

Browsing external websites is at the user’s sole responsibility.


16. Prohibited Use of the Website

It is forbidden to make unlawful use of the website, to harm, disrupt, or overload its operation.

The Company will act in accordance with the law against unauthorized or unlawful use of the website.


17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

The competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute related to this policy.


18. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the user and the Company.

Any prior commitment or publication, whether oral or written, not included herein shall be null and void.

Failure to enforce any right by the Company shall not be considered a waiver.

Notices shall be sent by registered mail and shall be considered received within three business days.
