Is ordering on the Caprice website easy?

Caprice is a secure website and ordering is simple. Locate the item(s) you would like, add them to your cart, and our step-by-step checkout will guide you through completing your purchase. How can I pay for my purchase?

Does Caprice collect sales tax?

Purchases may be subject to use tax unless specifically exempt from taxation. Your country or state may require you to report purchases and remit payment where Caprice does not collect sales tax. Customers are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding payment of all use taxes, duties and other taxes, and the declaration of goods in their country or state of residence.

Shipping & Returns

How will my order be shipped?

Caprice offers fully insured shipping and returns through UPS, FedEx and DHL. Please consult your local tax authority to determine any import duties and/or VAT due in your country. Caprice is not liable for duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied by the customer’s country.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping is complimentary on all online orders.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes — tracking details are emailed to you upon shipment of your order.

What if my item needs to be repaired?

We will gladly repair your item. Please contact Customer Service at +972-3-751-3317.

Is gift wrapping available?

Our signature Caprice box and bag conceal each piece until the moment of surprise. During checkout you may add a special message to arrive with your order, enclosed in a white envelope. If you prefer not to write a message, one blank card per gift is included.

Diamonds & Certification

What is Caprice’s stance on conflict (“blood”) diamonds?

Diamonds produced in areas controlled by rebel forces opposed to internationally recognized governments are known as “blood” or “conflict” diamonds. Caprice is a firm believer in the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS), and we guarantee that Caprice uses only 100% conflict-free diamonds.

Are Caprice diamonds certified?

GIA certifies the majority of our stones.

Will the GIA certificate be included with my jewelry?

Yes — our GIA-certified diamonds and jewelry are delivered with their respective certificates.

Is your full inventory shown online?

Caprice holds a large inventory that is too extensive to display online in full. If you cannot find your dream piece, please contact us — we have many more options.

Is a diamond I saw on the website still available?

Our website is continually updated, so every piece of finely crafted jewelry shown is available.
