Just locate the item(s) you would like to add to your shopping bag and click “Add to Cart”. Step-by-step directions will then guide you through the check-out process to complete the transaction. Does Caprice collect sales tax on my purchase?Purchases may be subject to use tax unless specifically exempt from taxation. Your State may require you to report purchases on use or individual income tax returns and remit payment, in instances when Caprice NDC Ltd does not collect sales tax. Specific forms and instructions regarding remittance of sales tax may be found on your State’s website. Customers shall bear responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding payment of all use taxes, duties and other taxes and the declaration of goods in their State or country of residence.
How will my item(s) be shipped after placing an order with Caprice?Caprice offers fully insured shipping and returns through UPS/FedEx/DHL. Please consult with your tax locale to determine which import duties and /or VAT you are required to pay in your country. Caprice will not be liable for duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied by the customer’s country.
Does Caprice provide tracking information for my order?Check your email for tracking details which will be sent upon shipment of your order.

Is gift wrapping available for my purchase?Our signature Caprice Box and Bag conceal each beautiful piece until the moment of surprise. During checkout, you will have the opportunity to write a special message to arrive with your order, enclosed in a white envelope. If you prefer not to write a message during checkout, one blank card per gift will be included.
How are shipping costs calculated?Shipping is complimentary for all online orders.
What is the stance Caprice takes regarding Blood Diamonds?Diamonds that are produced in areas controlled by rebel forces, which are opposed to internationally recognized governments, are known as “Blood Diamonds” or “Conflict Diamonds.” Rebels sell these stones and use the profits to purchase arms or fund military actions. Caprice NDC Ltd. is a firm believer in the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS). We guarantee Caprice only utilizes 100% conflict-free diamonds.
Are Caprice diamonds certified?GIA certifies the majority of our stones.
Will the GIA certification be included with my jewelry?Our GIA certified diamonds and jewelry are delivered with their respective certificates.
Are the diamonds and gemstones that are available limited to what can be viewed online?Caprice has a large inventory that is too numerous to display online. If you can’t find your dream piece of jewelry, please contact us for our many options.
I found a diamond on your website that I like. Is it available?Caprice’s website is continually updated so every piece of finely crafted jewelry is available.
What if I don’t know my ring size?We have included a convenient ring sizing chart on our website.
