How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days via UPS, FedEx, or DHL — fully insured. International transit time is typically 4–6 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — complimentary insured shipping is included on every order, worldwide. Please note that import duties or VAT levied by your country are the customer's responsibility.
How do I gift-wrap my order?
Every Caprice piece arrives in our signature white box and bag — ready to gift. You can add a personal message at checkout to be enclosed in a white envelope with the order.
